Fill each cup with about a bite size slice of brie cheese, about 1-inch long and ¼-inch thick.
Top each cup with 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce.
Bake them one of two ways until the phyllo cups are golden brown:
Oven: Place the cups on a lined baking sheet. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350°F for 8 mins, or until golden crisp.
Air Fryer: To cook your cranberry brie bites in the air fryer, spread them in the basket. Bake at 350° F for 3 to 4 minutes. Check at the 3 minute mark to avoid burning the phyllo cups.
Instead of phyllo cups, use a puff pastry sheet. Cut the sheet into 3-inch squares, then gently tuck them into a cavities of a cupcake sheet
Top your cranberry brie bites with chopped walnuts or pecans for an added crunch.
You can easily multiply this recipe to feed a crowd. If you're making a big batch, bake them in the oven instead of trying to squeeze them all in the air fryer.
