Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Grease and line an 8X8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar, oil, eggs, baking soda, vanilla, and salt.
Add half the chocolate chips and mix in to the batter.
Spread the batter in to the baking pan. Spread the remaining chocolate chips evenly on top.
Bake at 350ºF for about 21 to 25 minutes.
Let the brownies cool. Slice them into 16 squares. Store leftover brownies in any airtight container.
