Store the whole bulb in a cool, dark, well-ventilated place, at 60 - 65 °F. The garlic should last a few months.

Store these right alongside the whole bulbs of garlic. Use within 10 days.

Peeled Garlic

Break apart the clove and peel away the papery skin. Place in an airtight container, store in the fridge. Use within 5-7 days.

Garlic Paste

Peel the head of garlic and slice off the stem ends. Blend with olive oil until smooth. Place in an airtight container, store in the fridge up to 1 week.

Freeze Garlic: Whole Heads, Individual, Unpeeled

Place the garlic in a freezer safe plastic bag, push out all the air, seal tight, date and freeze. The garlic should last indefinitely.

Freeze Garlic:  Peeled Cloves

Spread the individual cloves out on a baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap and freeze. Wrap the frozen cloves in foil, place in a freezer safe plastic bag, date and freeze.

Place in a small silicone ice cube tray and freeze until firm. Transfer the cubes to a plastic freezer storage bag, date & freeze for up to 6 months.
