With Almond Flour
Heat ghee/butter on Saute. Add all but 1 Tablespoon almonds and all almond flour. Saute for 3-4 mins.
Add sugar to the almond mix and stir well.
Heat milk, water and saffron. Add with ground cardamom to the pot and whisk until smooth.
Cancel Saute and close the lid. Pressure cook for 4 minutes on high pressure.
Manually release pressure. Turn on Saute. Simmer to thicken halwa, while stirring regularly.
Cancel Saute when halwa stops sticking to the pot.
Garnish with slivered almonds and serve warm!
