Hi! Iโm happy for you to hear about the launch of your new book and happy for me to be able to buy it. But first, a question: What proportion of the recipes are meat-free - with the exception of fish only?
Aneesha says
Hi Nancy, thank you so much! This book has 26 non-meat curries + 14 sides and spice paste/blends which are 100% vegetarian. But even the meat curries are pretty straightforward and all you have to do to make them vegetarian is swap the protein and adjust the cook time. In a few, I mention the vegetarian conversion in the recipe tips. Hope this helps!
Nancy Ames says
That makes it sound like a winner! Thanks for your reply, and best wishes for overwhelming success.
Aneesha says
Thank you so much Nancy!

Sumit mentioned the release of your book in our college group. Bravo. I am going to pre-order, except, I need a soft-copy to go along with it. Is there that provision? I cook with my phone handy.
Aneesha says
Hi Pravin, thank you so much! I'm still waiting to hear back from my publisher about the kindle edition. I'll keep you posted as soon as I hear from them. Thanks again!
