Hey Everyone! I am beyond excited to share with you all that my first cookbook – Electric Pressure Cooker CURRY COOKBOOK is going to be published soon! It is now available on Amazon for pre-order.

I am humbled and proud at the same time, of this new chapter in my food journey. This beautifully photographed book includes 75 Recipes From India, Thailand, Middle-East, Africa, the Caribbean, and beyond, that are easy enough to be made on a weeknight in your Instant Pot!

It seems like yesterday when I decided to pursue my passion for food and cooking and turn it into a full-time profession. It’s been quite a roller coaster ride, with plenty of highs and lows and a ton of learning along the way.

I couldn’t have imagined in my wildest of dreams, that Spice Cravings would get so much love and acceptance from you all. I thank you for that!

Continuing my mission to make cooking fun and easy for home cooks, I accepted a cookbook offer in January of this year- Electric pressure cooker CURRY COOKBOOK.

I spent the last six months creating, testing and perfecting 75 recipes for this lovely book. The gorgeous pictures have been photographed by Annie Martin. Let’s check out a sneak peek of the book.
