It is really quite easy to make roasted carrots in the air fryer. It will take less time than roasting them in the oven and you'll end up with a delicious result!
Step 1: Let's see how to cut carrots for roasting. Peel the carrots and cut them at an angle into 2-inch pieces, about ½-inch thick. You can skip this step if you are using baby carrots.

Step 2: Season the Carrots. Combine the carrots, oil, vinegar, and seasoning in a large mixing bowl. Toss well until the carrots are evenly coated.

Step 3: Air-fry carrots. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 2 minutes. Spread the seasoned carrots in a single layer in the fryer tray. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may have to cook these in 2 batches.
