Here are 50+ Easy Instant Pot Indian Recipes that'll get you cooking Indian Food like a pro! These family and reader's favorite recipes include restaurant classics as well as authentic homestyle meals using easily available ingredients.

Indian food is known for its intense slow cooked flavors. I love how pressure cooking helps develop the complex flavors in ingredients and spices, and infuses them in the dish in half the effort. By using the the Instant Pot I can make most Indian curries in less than an hour, most of which is hands-off cooking time.
In this collection I have included a variety of Indian Curries including Chicken, Meat, Seafood and Vegetarian recipes, along with rich and decadent Desserts.
As I continue to cook more favorites, I plan to add to this collection. Be sure to bookmark it by clicking on the small heart icon ❤️ on the right hand side.
You can make all these recipes in your Instant Pot, or any comparable electric pressure cooker, like Mealthy Multipot. Happy Cooking!

Since we are crazy for your vegetable korma - we will try the lamb version. We have our own sheep - not many, but a few. But, as a kid, I remember getting lamb and spinach dishes on a very rare special night out and love it all. So we will also be trying the lamb and spinach saag, I believe it is. I check your website often for recipes . . . Thank you for spicing up our life!
